2. Orders & payments

• Prices are shown inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders impacted by pricing or stock errors.
• All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

3. Vendor obligations

Vendors must ship within their promised SLA, keep inventory accurate, and honor warranty obligations. Breaches may result in penalties or account suspension.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse reviews, interfere with platform security, or upload prohibited content. We may remove listings or block accounts that violate UAE law or our community guidelines.

5. Liability

Heaven Fragrance is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from platform usage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

6. Updates

We may modify these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use of Heaven Fragrance after updates constitutes acceptance.
